Enlight Group strengthen the leadership team and secure growth investment
The group is delighted to announce the appointment of Frank Rodriguez as executive chairman of the group. Frank has over 30 years of experience in the outsourcing, workplace services and facilities management sector having worked globally for leading service organisations. He has won numerous business awards in this field, including the prestigious National Entrepreneur of the Year, FT Fast Track and European Hot 100 awards. He has pioneered co-sourcing as a ‘next generation’ integrated service solution and has chaired numerous professional forums for outsourcing, workplace services, facilities management and associated service technology.
Frank is joined by colleague Emma Culver, who also brings a wealth of experience with SHEQ, HR and other business processes directly related to the service sector. Frank and Emma have previously worked together at a number of leading workplace and facilities management organisations. These changes come on the back of other new appointments in the areas of service technology, management support and highly experienced non-executive directors to the board of Enlight Group.
Ahmed Malik, chief executive and founder of the group says, “ we have secured both investment and a leadership team that will enable us to springboard the growth of Enlight Group across numerous areas of service delivery and technology – I am delighted to be working with Frank, Emma and our new board members.
The group will be using the investment to widen its service range and introduce new service technologies that compliment service delivery for both SME and corporate customers in the UK.

After graduating from University of Hertfordshire in Business and Finance, this led to an opportunity working on the research desk for Rathbone Brothers and Investec Wealth and Investment.
